FREE AND EASY RETURNS.
Satisfying customers is our primary goal. For any reason, if you are not satisfied with the items ordered at PANDORA's official online store, we will provide a one-time return refund (except for shipping) or replacement size. For hygienic reasons, earring products are not returned.
In order to return the goods, you must notify our customer service within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order that we can process the refund of the relevant goods. Therefore, we recommend that you contact us as soon as possible after receiving the goods.
All returns will be verified upon delivery to the designated address. All items must be resold and shipped with the original packaging. A receipt can only be exchanged once. We will not accept non-original status, delivery after the deadline or unauthorized return.
No refunds will be given for any offers and gifts.
Returns are only available in the PANDORA official online store.
If you are purchasing a jewelry set, you must return the entire set of items in order to receive a refund or exchange.
We currently only accept replacements of different sizes. To change between different items, you can arrange a return and refund and then submit a new order.
If you decide to refund or exchange, please contact our Customer Attendant first.
Retail prices will vary depending on market trends, inventory levels and consumer demand. Therefore, we are unable to return the difference.
