How It Works

It’s simple – Browse for the dress you love from our Fabulous Selection.

Once you’ve decided on your dress, select and block out the dates you need. Standard rental is for 3 days {if you require longer please contact us direct and we will be happy to assist you. Your dress will be delivered the day before your special event by our reliable courier company – who will deliver the dress to your door, wear and enjoy your dress for your event and our courier will pick it up the day it is due to be returned to us.

What if the dress doesn’t fit?

Once the courier arrives at your door and you have signed for the package, you have 2 hours to notify us if you want to return or exchange the dress. Just email returns@frocknfabulous.ie with your preference, and we will either refund you the rental cost or ship you another dress.

Can I try on a dress before booking?

Yes – we also offer a personal service  – if you are unsure of which dress you like, we will be happy to bring a choice of  dresses to you, in the comfort of your own home. This service is by appointment only. Please call us and we will endeavor to meet your needs.

We also host Ladies Nights –   if a group of ladies are going to the races or a wedding, one of the ladies hosts the night in her house. Our Frock n Fabulous team will bring a selection of dresses for the group to try on and bookings can be made on the night.

What is the duration of Dress Hire?

All rentals are based on 3 days. If you wish to hire a dress for longer i.e. overseas wedding etc, we will be happy to try and meet your request.

What is the cost of dress hire?

Our dresses start from €90. The full amount is taken from our Check out system at time of booking. If you wish to avail of our ‘try on service’ a 50% deposit is taken at this stage and remaining 50% will be taken before delivery of dress.

Do I need to clean the dress before returning?

Dry cleaning is complimentary with all rentals.

What happens if a dress is damaged in my care?

No need to panic. We like to view our customers as our extended friends and hope you love and value our ‘little treasures’ as much as we do. We understand that some wear and tear may occur. If you damage the dress please contact us straight away. Our dry cleaner and seamstress can take care of most minor damage at a small fee.

However if a dress is damaged beyond repair, it will be looked into, before informing you of any required next steps or payments. The same applies for loss or theft. A credit card number is taken with each rental for security.

We reserve the right to handle each incident on a per case basis. Please note a Terms & Conditions Form must be signed by our customers before each rental.

Are the dresses new?

All of our dresses are either brand new or in new like condition. They all go through strict quality control checks before we allow them to be borrowed by our customers. We ensure dresses are cleaned by a premier dress specialist.

How do I know if an item is in stock?

All items are in stock unless ‘Out of Stock’ is displayed. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be borrowed by another customer until you have completed your order.

Can I request a dress that is not featured on your site?

If you are looking for a particular dress which is not currently part of our collection, please e-mail us at enquiries@frocknfabulous.ie  and we will try our best to source the dress for you.

How private is the personal information I give to you kept?

Please be assured that we consider all the information you share with us totally private and confidential. At no point will we share, rent or sell your personal information.

When is my debit / credit card charged for the rental?

Orders are charged as soon as the order is placed.

Does Frock n Fabulous have a physical shop?

Yes, you can find us at the Frock n Fabulous Showroom, The Station House, Dundrum Luas Stop, Dundrum, Dublin 14.

What if I want to keep the dress?

If the dress is not available in the ‘for sale’ section then you will need to email customer service for recommendations on retailers who may sell a particular dress.

Do you rent accessories?

Yes, we rent Stunning pieces by Irish Designer – Ruby Jewels. We also sell jewellery by the same designer.

Do you rent Irish Designs?

Yes, we are very much pro active in showcasing Irish Design. At present we are showcasing The Fabulous Jennifer Rothwell and Ruby Jewels, with more Irish Designers coming on board soon.
