Your dress will be delivered the day before your special event by our reliable courier company – who will deliver the dress to your door, wear and enjoy your dress for your event and our courier will pick it up the day it is due to be returned to us.
How much does delivery cost?
Each time you hire a dress, the delivery charge will come up at the end of check out which is €12.10 return. This includes personal delivery and pick up of your dress, by courier.
What if I am not there when the courier arrives to drop off or collect the package?
Someone needs to sign for the package, therefore the package can be delivered to your home or work address, but this needs to be determined before you make the booking. If the dress is not returned on time then you will be charged a late fee. You will be charged late fees for every day the dress is late, since you are preventing someone else renting the dress.
What if my package arrives late?
If your package arrives late, please call us on 086 3471100 and we will aim to rectify the situation immediately .
Do I need to sign for my order?
Due to the high value of the goods that we sell, we require proof of delivery for all orders. This means we are unable to authorize packages to be delivered without a signature.
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?
We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.
How will I know you received my order?
After you place your order, you will be sent an email confirming that it has been received. In the rare instance that any of the items you have ordered are not available, we will contact you by email and will only charge your credit card for the value of the items in stock.
